We did a complete encpasulation for this home owner in Highland Park, Tx to help with drainage and moisture issues in the crawl space of this home.

The customer called informing us that there was water pooling in the crawl space of this new home, while it was still under construction, with the crawl space already covered. They already had dehumidifiers in the crawl space, but the workers at this new construction site, were under the house and noticed pools of water that had formed. They were looking for assistance in preventing this in the future, for the new home owners. 

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of this crawl space. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for this home with us.

This customer was selling her home, and during the inspection process, mold was found and needed to be removed prior to the finalization of the sale. The seller was out of the country, so we were contacted by her mother. Her mother chose us, due to our reviews. This was a time sensitive issue. We were contacted the last day of the month in January, and the new owners needed to move in by the end of February. They already had a quote for mold removal from another company, but they were looking for a 2^nd, competitive quote for the mold remediation.

She contacted Olympic Restoration Systems for an assessment of their home, for the 2^nd quote that they were in search of for the remediation. An Olympic Restoration Systems Specialist visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with the mold remediation and a crawl space encapsulation with Olympic Restoration Systems for their home.
