Installation of the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system as well as the SmartSump pump system to pump out any moisture and prevent it from collecting in the crawl space.

Application of Mold-X2 mold killer and stain remover to beams in the crawl space, as well as the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to keep humidity low and prevent further mold growth.

Regrade the soil to direct water seepage to sump system. Remove all debris from the crawl space. Install sump pump system.

Install Sedona to keep humidity low. Install small pump to move water from the
dehumidifier to the sump pump or out of the crawl space.
