This office had pipes burst and water flood into it during the 2021 winter storms. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Tyler, to assess the property for a free estimate. He found significant water damage to the lower drywall. He presented an estimate to the owner, and he accepted, and proceeded with water damage restoration by Olympic Restoration Systems.

This homeowner called because he had mold issues all over his home. He was concerned that it could be stemming from a moisture issue in the crawl space. One of our System Designs Specialists, Darrin, inspected the crawl space and found that there were indeed moisture issues, and he designed a system that would keep the crawl space dry, and prevent further mold issues from occurring. The homeowner was pleased with the crawl space encapsulation pricing and solution and proceeded with the work. 

Our Production Team installed a crawl space encapsulation system that included the closing of all outside air to the crawl space and installing a drainage matting, vapor barrier, sump pump, and dehumidifier. This turned the wet crawl space into a dry, conditioned area.
