Regrade the soil to direct water seepage to sump system. Remove all debris from the crawl space. Install sump pump system.
Install Sedona to keep humidity low. Install small pump to move water from the
dehumidifier to the sump pump or out of the crawl space.
Installed EZ Flow Pipe to capture incoming water and direct it to the sump pump. Installed CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation systemg. Wrapped the bottom of piers. Installed CleanSpace Drainage Matting under CleanSpace liner. Installed SaniDry Sedona to keep humidity low. Installed small pump to move water from the dehumidifier to the sump pump or out of the crawl space. Installed a separate dedicated circuit/outlet for the sump pump and for the dehumidifier. Sealed vents from inside the crawl space.
This customer was having some foundation issues with their home. They had a structural engineer at the home for an inspection. During the engineer’s inspection of their foundation, it was noticed, what appeared to be mold, in their crawl space. The homeowners wanted the mold to be removed from their home.
Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with the mold remediation and a crawl space encapsulation for their home.
This customer called because they had so much humidity in their home that it was making them uncomfortable, just being in the house. They thought that it was coming from their crawl space and wanted Olympic Restoration Systems to visit their home and see if they could offer them a solution to the humidity in their home. They inquired about a vapor barrier for their crawl space.
