With the humidity levels high, visible mold was growing on the wooden beams and walls. We installed a SmartDrain with an airtight lid , an airtight floor drain and WaterWatch alarm system. Removing debris, we then sprayed the wood, including subfloor, beams and floor joists, with Mold-X2 Cleaner to remove mold and stains, then applied Mold-X2 Botanical to prevent future growth. Next we installed a CleanSpace drainage matting and CleanSpace liner to protect the home from the earth and water vapor.
