This customer had a mold inspection company come after they suspected that they had mold in their home. One of the family members is highly allergic to mold. Mold was detected by this company. Seven months prior to this customer calling Olympic Restoration Systems, they had employed another restoration company for the mold remediation. They did not feel that the 1^st restoration company did a sufficient job because the person that is allergic to mold was still having respiratory issues. The laundry room, where the hot water heater was located, is where the mold issue was detected. They wanted a second opinion about the original mold remediation done by the other company, so the customer called Olympic Restoration Systems because we are a licensed mold remediation company.

 We scheduled an free estimate with them with our first available appointment. An Olympic Restoration Systems Specialist visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with the mold remediation with Olympic Restoration Systems for their home.

The owner of this building called after he noticed water was coming into the building. The A/C unit was built in underground tunnels, and groundwater was seeping into the tunnels, then seeping into the building. There was an existing sump pump that was not sufficient in collecting all of the moisture and was allowing water vapor to escape, causing further moisture issues. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Darrin, to the property for a free inspection and estimate.
