Olympic Restoration Systems Before & After Photos

This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems looking for a solution to the moisture that continued to come into their sunken living room. The living room is a carpeted room, and it was continually wet from the moisture coming through the concrete floor. They had several different companies come out to provide a solution, but they were not happy with any of the results. They wanted to fix the problem, and not continue to put a band-aid on the issue.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their basement. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with basement waterproofing for their home.

This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems because they had water seeping into their basement every time that it rained. They had the basement checked by a plumber who determined that there were no leaks in their basement due to any plumbing issues. Their basement is used as a part of the house, including as a laundry room. Their home was built in the 1920’s and they have lived there for 40+ years. Part of the house has a basement and part of it has a crawl space. At the time that they contacted Olympic Restoration Systems, they said they had to purchase a wet/dry vac to clean up the water when it got into the basement. They were also using a fan in the crawl space door to help keep the floor in the basement dry.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their home. We had a Specialist visit the property and they propose a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for their home from Olympic Restoration Systems.

This customer had a water leak in their home that did some damage. They were concerned that because of the water leak, they may have mold in the house. They were not sure what they had to do to confirm if there was mold in the house or not. They wanted to have a professional come out and take a look at the water damaged area and guide them as to what needed to be their next step.

They contacted Olympic Restoration Systems for an assessment of their home. We scheduled an appointment for them with our 1^st available appointment. An Olympic Restoration Systems Specialist visited the property, completed an assessment, then proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with the water damage restoration with Olympic Restoration Systems for their home.

This homeowner was experiencing many symptoms of a crawl space moisture issue. There was a moldy smell throughout the home, cupping hardwood floors, and there was visible moisture in the crawl space. Our Production Team was able to install a crawl space encapsulation system that included drainage matting, a vapor barrier, a sump pump, and a dehumidifier. This turned the wet crawl space into a dr, conditioned area.

The customer had extensive mold growth in the bathroom of their home. Had to remove drywall and build materials surrounding the Toilet, Shower, and Tub, as well as any other contaminated surfaces or objects, set up containment area to run negative air fans, and wipe the area and surfaces down with antimicrobial.
