This customer called because they did not have any access to their crawl space. It was covered up, with the island in the kitchen, during a remodel. They needed to have access to their crawlspace. They had a horrible smell that was coming from the AC vent in the kitchen, but could not get under the house to check it out. They thought that an animal might have gotten under the house and died.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their home for a crawl space access door. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with an installation crawl space access door for their home with Olympic Restoration Systems.

This customer noticed that their floors were starting to cup/warp. This prompted them to go into their crawl space to see if there was something going on down there that was causing the warping of their floors. Once in the crawl space, they noticed that they had a slow leak causing moisture problems. This was also causing mold to grow on the underneath side of their floors.

They contacted us to complete a free estimate for the crawl space, and we scheduled them for the first available appointment. An Olympic Restoration Systems Specialist visited the property, assessed the crawl space, and proposed a quote to the customer for a crawl space encapsulation system.
