This customer had an encapsulation installed in their crawl space by a company that no longer provides that service. They contacted Olympic Restoration Systems when they noticed that they had "a ton of water on top of the liner." They noticed that there was a tear in the liner, but they didn't think because of the size of the tear, all of that water accumulated, due to the tear. They believed that it was something else that was causing all of that water to be in their crawl space. They asked specifically to have the sump pump checked to see if it is working right.
