We capped the existing blown insulation with TruSoft™ cellulose. We added 7 inches of cellulose insulation to the existing insulation to provide a combined R-value of 49. We installed over the top of a can light and sealed it with ZypFoam polyurethane foam around all edges and any holes that had been made for their electrical wires.
