Mold Remediation in Saint Jo

Challenge
These home owners discovered mold in their attic and were concerned about how the air quality and their health would be affected. They wanted it removed permanently so they called us.
Solution
First, we removed the attic insulation which can hold many tiny mold spores. Next, we scrubbed the mold away from the attic beams and applied Mold-X2 Cleaner to kill the mold and remove lingering stains. Finally, to ensure the mold did not grow back, we applied Mold-X2 Botanical to prevent any further mold growth while also neutralizing odor.
