Mold Remediation in Dallas

Challenge
The owners of this condominuim were notified about some moisture leaks in one of their units and called us in to inspect the extent of damage. After inspecting the unit, we also found mold growth in the crawl space.
Solution
Before removing the mold, our team set up an air scrubber to draw out the mold spores from the space throughout the cleaning process. Then, to eradicate the mold, we used a wire brush to scrub it off the beams and subfloor where it was spreading. Finally, we applied an EPA registered antimicrobial solution to fully clean and prevent further mold growth
