Mold under sink in Southlake, TX

Challenge
A customer in Southlake, TX had a small leak in the game room, in a cabinet under the sink, that had gone unobserved for a period of time, and created mold in the area.
Solution
We had the home inspected by a Certified Mold Inspector, then came in and quarantined the contaminated space. We removed the countertop, cabinets, and lifted the carpet and pad that had been affected by the mold. Negative air fans HEPA Vacuums were brought in to clean the remaining surfaces as well as the air in the location. Everything that was left was wire brushed and wiped down with an antimicrobial. A Certified Mold Inspector was called in to test the area again, and the job was deemed successful and the remediation process was cleared.
