Challenge
A leak in the master bathroom/bedroom prompted these owners to contact us. They had noticed visible mold on the wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom.
Solution
Our team set up containment barriers in each of the rooms and installed scrubbers. The exposed non-porous contents were cleaned with an EPA registered antimicrobial solution and HEPA vacuumed. All exposed porous items were removed for disposal. The exposed cavities were then HEPA vacuumed and wiped down with an antimicrobial solution and sealed with an antimicrobial coating. All of the HVAC units, ducts, boots, and air registers were cleaned using a negative air system combined with compressed air whips. These owners can now rest assured knowing the mold issue is gone.
