Challenge
This customer had a large leak from her water heater. The leak was fixed, but the area was not dried and mold began to grow and spread. She called Olympic Restoration Systems to help.
Solution
First, Olympic set up a containment area. All non-salvageable organic material was removed for disposal. They HEPA vacuum the subflooring, and entire contained area. The sub-floor, walls, and ceiling were cleaned using an EPA registered anti-microbial solution. Upon post-test, this home was cleared from hazardous mold.
