Water Damage in Royse City

Challenge
This homeowner had a water leak that damaged everything from the roof to the flooring. The water damage extended from the upstairs down into the main living area, hallway, and guest bedroom. The water sat long enough that it started to create mold. That's when we stepped in to remediate the situation!
Solution
First, we needed to have a third-party mold inspector come in and inspect the mold in the home. Once the home was properly assessed we contained the affected area, removed the damaged drywall and wiped down the home with an EPA registered anti-microbial.
