Crawl Space Encapsulation and Radon Mitigation in Dallas, TX

This homeowner called after being referred to Olympic Restoration Systems from another radon mitigation company. This radon mitigation company was not able to assist this homeowner because their crawl space was not sealed. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Ross, to the property for a free, no obligation crawl space encapsulation and radon mitigation estimate. After inspecting the crawl space, Ross provided a quote for the homeowner, and the homeowner accepted the proposal.

Our Production Team completed the job by removing debris from the crawl space, regrading the soil, installing a drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier, sealing off all outside air from the crawl space, installing a SmartSump sump pump, and fininshing by installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidfier. They then installed a radon mitigation system in the crawl space.
