These photos are from a crawl space repair completed in Irving, TX by Olympic Restoration Systems. We were called after a crawl space encapsulation system installed 14 years ago by a different company failed following a large rain. The homeowner found standing water, mud, and what appeared to be mold in the crawl space, prompting him to call the company who installed the system. They told him to call Olympic Restoration Systems. We repaired the exisiting liner, and installed a new SmartSump sump pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifiers. We also wiped down the wood beams with Mold-X.
