Crawl Space Remediation in Keller

Challenge
This crawl space was had high humidity from standing water and ground vapors, which was leading to humidity issues inside the home as well. The home owners called our team out for an inspection and a complete overhaul of their crawl space.
Solution
Our team first wanted to approach the standing water issue, so we installed a SmartPipe along the perimeter of the crawl space to capture water and send it to the SumpPump pumping system we also installed. Next, we installed a CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to cover the surface area of the space, blocking moisture from rising from the dirt. Finally, we installed a dehumidifier, complete with a temperature and humidity gage to send readings to a small panel inside the home.
