Crawl Space Remediation in Colleyville

Challenge
These homeowners were frustrated with their home constantly feeling humid despite the weather and had a feeling their crawl space was the source. They called our team in to inspect and make a plan. We discovered high humidity and water seepage and decided with the homeowners the best way to solve the issue.
Solution
We first installed a SmartSump pump system which includes a back-up pump and a maintenance-free battery. Next, we installed the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to prevent humidity from rising up from the ground and creating moisture in the space. We also installed two SaniDry Sedonas to continually keep the humidity low in the crawl space as well as the house.
