Crawl Space Remediation in Dallas, TX

Challenge

This customer called stating he believed there was excess moisture in the crawl space. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Darrin, to assess the crawl space. Darrin found evidence of moisture issues in the crawl space and presented the homeowner with a solution to keep their crawl space dry and healthy. The customer accepted the proposal and proceeded with a crawl space repair from Olympic Restoration Systems.

Solution

The production team started by removing debris from the crawl space and regrading the soil. Next, they placed a SmartSump to drain water away from the crawl space. Next, they placed drainage matting underneath a CleanSpace vapor barrier on the crawl space floor to isolate the home from the earth. Finally, they placed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the crawl space to dry any moisture from the air.
