Crawl Space Remediation in Fort Worth

Challenge
After learning that a moldy crawl space can lead to allergens and mold spores in the home, these homeowners called our team in for a free inspection to look at the state of their crawl space. We found high humidity and the beginnings of mold growth in their space.
Solution
After regrading the soil to create a flat surface, we installed a CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to line the entire area, sealing out humid vapors that rise from open dirt in a crawl space. Next, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to filter and dry the air even mor. Finally, we tackled the mold by applying Mold-X2 Cleaner and Botanical to remove mold, stains, and odors while preventing future mold growth.
