Basement Waterproofing in Richardson

Challenge
The water leakage in this basement was preventing the homeowners from utilizing the space or for storage or extra space so they called our team to inspect the source of the leaks and waterproof against any more moisture issues.
Solution
We decided to install a two-stage waterproofing system to ensure the basement was fully sealed from water leaks. After removing the lower foot of the wall to reveal the base of the leak in the concrete seam, we installed a DryTrak waterproofing baseboard. Next, we installed a relief drain and SmartSump pump system to remove the water that had been collecting.
