Mold Remediation

Challenge
A homeowner smelled a musty odor in their bathroom and adjacent closet. They called in our team to evaluate.
Solution
Our team discovered that water had been collecting behind the tile in the shower causing mold growths. A containment barrier was set up in the bathroom, hallway, and closet, along with negative air scrubbers. All organic materials that were affected were removed. Using a HEPA vacuum, all exposed areas were cleaned and then wiped down with an antimicrobial solution. The remaining wood was sanded to remove any stains. These homeowners can rest assured their mold issue has been taken care of.
