Challenge
A large construction project needed to ensure that the basement would be waterproofed without installing a pump or needing to jackhammer the poured concrete. They called our team in to help.
Solution
First, our team power-washed the surface to prepare the wall and floor areas for SaniTred Permaflex coating. It was then cleaned and dried. A Liquid Rubber Base product was applied to the floor and wall joints to stop water intrusion. Two coats of Permaflex were then applied to the floor and wall surfaces.
